1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ber88 account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

ber88 accepts deposits through various payment methods specifically tailored for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as listed on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that all deposits made to your ber88 account are non-refundable except in cases where the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to technical error or other exceptional circumstances. 4.3 Fees and Currency

ber88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond the Company's control. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion, if required, will be processed at prevailing market rates, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the User.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ber88 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that internet-based services are subject to inherent security and reliability limitations beyond the Company's control.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation, will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against ber88.

12. Modifications to Terms

ber88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
